Trisafe offers change of mind returns and for products which are damaged upon arrival, within 14 days from the date of purchase. Due to the hygienic nature of our products, products which are opened are not eligible for a return. Shipping costs associated with the return will have to be paid by the user.
For an item to be eligible for a change of mind return, it will need to meet the criteria below:
As long as the return is initiated within 14 days of the date of purchase.
Item must be unused (safety seal still intact), in box, and in saleable condition.
Items must be returned in the original packaging, which must be in the original condition.
For an item which are damaged upon arrival:
As long as return is initiated within 14 days of the date of purchase.
Damage is deemed to be the fault of the manufacturer, and not the fault of the user.

When will I get a refund? After we've received your return and if it meets all the criteria above, a refund will be processed within 14 working days to your original payment method.
