This website is operated by Trisafe Biotech Pte. Ltd. (UEN 201912345K), 81 Ayer Rajah Crescent #03-63, Singapore 139967. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean that company.

You may browse and order as a guest, or create an account. If you create an account you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that takes place under it. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. We may suspend or close an account that is used in breach of these Terms.

To place an order you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. If you are under 18, you may use this website only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

You are responsible for giving accurate delivery and contact details. We are not responsible for a delay or a failed delivery caused by details that were entered incorrectly.

We try to describe and illustrate our products accurately, but colours, packaging and presentation may vary slightly from images shown. Product availability differs by market — not every product is offered in every country we ship to.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products selected. Your order is accepted when we confirm it and payment is successfully taken. Until then we may decline or cancel an order — for example if a product is out of stock, if we identify a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent or abusive use. If we cancel a paid order we will refund it in full.

Prices are shown in the currency of your delivery country: Singapore dollars (SGD) for orders delivered in Singapore, and Australian dollars (AUD) for orders delivered in Australia. The delivery country determines the price, the currency and the tax applied.

Prices displayed include any applicable goods and services tax — for Singapore orders, GST at the prevailing rate; for orders delivered in Australia, Australian GST. Where we are not registered for a goods and services tax in a market, no such tax is charged and your invoice will not show a tax line. Your order summary at checkout and your invoice show any tax amount separately.

We may change prices at any time, but a change will not affect an order already confirmed.

Payments are securely processed by Stripe, our third-party payment provider. You enter your card details on Stripe's secure payment page — we never receive or store your full card number.

We ship within Singapore and Australia. Shipping charges and any free-shipping threshold are shown at checkout before you pay.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your order ships you will receive tracking details. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery.

If you believe an order has not arrived, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.

You may cancel an order through your account at any time before it has been shipped. If payment has already been processed, cancellation includes a full refund of the amount paid.

Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled. If you no longer want it, see Returns and refunds below.

Once an order has been delivered, you may request a return through your account within 7 days of delivery. All return requests are assessed individually and, where accepted, refunded to your original payment method.

When submitting a request you will be asked for the reason, which items are affected, and — for reasons such as damage or an incorrect item — photographs. This is so we can assess the request without asking you to send items back unnecessarily.

Only one open request may be active on an order at a time.

Refunds are made to the original payment method and normally appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. Where part of an order was paid using store credit, that portion is returned as store credit.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded. In particular, customers in Australia have rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including in relation to goods that are faulty or not as described, which apply in addition to anything stated here.

We currently offer two types of subscription plan. You may hold one active plan of each type at the same time:

• Trisafe+ — grants a discount that is applied automatically at checkout for as long as the plan is active.
• Member Box — ships a set of items to you each billing cycle.

Subscriptions are billed in advance through Stripe on a recurring basis for the term shown when you subscribe. You can view, change or cancel a subscription at any time from your account, which opens Stripe's billing portal.

If you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and is not renewed after that. We do not refund part-used subscription periods unless required by law.

If we change the price of a plan, we will tell you before the change takes effect, and you may cancel before it is applied.

Benefits attached to a subscription — including any discount — end when the subscription ends.

Membership tiers. Customers earn a membership tier based on total spend on completed orders. The tier discount is applied automatically at checkout. Tiers and their thresholds are shown in your account and may be changed from time to time; changes are not applied retrospectively to completed orders.

Promotional codes. Codes may carry a minimum spend, an expiry date, a limit on total uses, or a restriction to a particular customer. Unless a code says otherwise, one code may be used per order. We may withdraw or cancel a code at any time, including where we believe it is being misused or has been shared beyond its intended recipients.

Combining discounts. Where more than one discount could apply, checkout applies whichever combination our current rules allow — in some cases a subscription discount stacks with a membership tier, in others only the higher of the two applies. The discount actually applied is always shown in your order summary before you pay, and that figure is the one that applies.

Discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

Store credit may be issued to you — for example, as earnings from our referral programme, or in place of a refund where you have agreed to that.

Store credit is maintained separately for each supported currency, and can only be used at a checkout in that same currency. It is applied as a payment method, not as a discount: the order total and tax remain unchanged, and the credit covers part or all of what is charged.

Store credit is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash except where our referral programme terms expressly provide for a payout.

Our referral programme is governed by its own terms, available at Refer & Earn — Program Terms. Those terms apply in addition to these, and prevail over these Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

Our products are cosmetic skincare products intended for external use only on healthy, intact skin. They are not medicines or medical devices, and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Information on this website is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. If you have a skin condition, are receiving treatment, are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have a known allergy, please consult a healthcare professional before use.

Always read the label and directions before use. Discontinue use and seek advice if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on broken skin or in the eyes.

You may be invited to review a product you have bought and received. Reviews are accepted only from a verified purchase.

When you submit a review, including any photograph with it, you give us permission to publish it on this website and to continue publishing it, including alongside the product reviewed. You confirm that the content is your own and that you are entitled to share it.

We publish reviewer names in an abbreviated form rather than in full. We may decline to publish, or later remove, a review that is not about the product, that contains personal information about another person, that is offensive or misleading, or that does not appear to come from a genuine purchase. We may also show a review in one market and not in another where it is not relevant to that market.

We may offer a discount code as thanks for posting a review. Where we do, the terms of that offer are shown to you at the time.

All content on this website — including text, images, product photography, logos and trade marks — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse this website — including by attempting to gain unauthorised access to it, interfering with its operation, scraping it at scale, or using it to submit false or fraudulent orders, reviews or requests.

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these Terms. We are not responsible for loss that is not foreseeable, or for business losses.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or under consumer protection laws that cannot be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, where our liability may be limited, it is limited to the amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, transport disruptions or failures of third-party services.

Please refer to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store and disclose your personal information, including our use of advertising and analytics providers.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force when you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top shows when these Terms were last changed.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly referred to, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the website and purchases made through it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute — except that if you are a consumer resident in Australia, this does not deprive you of the protection of Australian law or of the right to bring proceedings in Australia.
