Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Trisafe Biotech Pte. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses and protects your personal data when you visit trisafe.care or purchase our products. It applies to customers in both Singapore and Australia and should be read together with our Terms and Conditions.

This Policy is intended to meet our obligations under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and, for our Australian customers, the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Information you give us directly

• Account details — name, email address, password (stored encrypted), and delivery addresses
• Order details — items purchased, delivery preferences, and payment confirmation from our payment processor (we never receive or store your full card number)
• Customer support — enquiries, and order requests such as cancellations or returns, including any photos you submit as evidence
• Quiz responses — if you complete our “Find Your Solution” quiz, we store your answers and, if provided, your email address
• Referral programme — if you activate a referral profile, we store your referral details and the orders placed through your referral code

Information collected automatically

• Device and browser information, IP address, pages viewed, and the actions you take on our site — such as adding an item to your cart or starting checkout
• Cookies and similar technologies, and a record of the cookie preferences you choose — see Cookies and Advertising below

Information from third parties

• Payment confirmation from Stripe, our payment processor
• If you sign in with Google, basic profile information (name, email address) from your Google account

• Process and fulfil your orders, including subscriptions (Trisafe+ and Member Box)
• Provide customer support and respond to enquiries, cancellations and return requests
• Calculate and apply membership tier discounts and promotional codes
• Operate our referral programme, including calculating commissions and store credit
• Send transactional emails, such as order confirmations, shipping updates and password resets
• Send marketing communications where you have opted in, which you can unsubscribe from at any time
• Improve our website, products and customer experience

We use cookies and similar technologies, including cookies, pixels, and server-side technologies, to operate our website, remember your preferences, improve your browsing experience, analyse website usage, and measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

Meta and Google. We use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google advertising and analytics services, including Meta Pixel, Meta Conversions API, Google Analytics, and Google Ads, to understand how our website is used, measure the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns, and improve our marketing activities.

For these purposes, we may collect and share limited technical information with these platforms, including cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, products viewed, items added to cart, checkout activity, purchases, transaction value, currency, and other interactions with our website. Depending on how you use our website, this information may be collected directly through your browser and/or transmitted securely from our servers.

Contact Information. Where you provide your contact information, such as your name, email address, or telephone number, we may also share this information with Meta and Google for advertising measurement, conversion attribution, audience matching, and campaign optimisation. Where applicable, this information is irreversibly hashed before transmission, either by us or by the platform's own software. The hashed data cannot be used to reconstruct your original contact information.

Advertisement Click Identifiers. If you visit our website by clicking one of our advertisements, your visit may include an advertising click identifier (such as a Google Click Identifier (GCLID) or similar identifier). We record this identifier to attribute conversions, measure advertising performance, and improve the effectiveness of our advertising campaigns. These identifiers relate to the advertisement that directed you to our website and are not used to directly identify you.

We do not share your password, full payment card details, or the contents of your customer support communications with advertising platforms. We do not sell your personal information. Any disclosure of personal information to Meta, Google, or other advertising service providers is limited to the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We share your contact information with these platforms only where you have allowed the advertising and personalisation category described below, and where applicable law requires your consent before a particular disclosure, we obtain that consent first.

Your Choices. Certain technical information that is necessary for website operation, security, fraud prevention, or advertising attribution may be collected when you access our website. Cookies and similar technologies that are not strictly necessary fall into two categories, which you control separately:

• Analytics — helps us understand how our website is used, so that we can improve it.
• Advertising and personalisation — allows us to measure and improve our advertising. This is the category under which the information described above is shared with Meta and Google.

Both categories are switched on when you arrive on our website: cookies and similar technologies in each category may be set and read, and the measurement described above begins. They remain on unless you turn them off, which is also why the preferences panel opens showing them on. Where applicable law requires your consent before a category is used, we obtain that consent first. Your contact information is treated more strictly, and is shared with advertising platforms only where you have actively allowed the advertising and personalisation category. You may accept both categories, or open Manage preferences in the cookie banner to turn either one on or off independently. Turning off advertising and personalisation stops us sending information about your visit to advertising platforms from our own servers, and stops any sharing of your contact information; some information may still be collected directly by the platforms through their own scripts running in your browser, which you can control through the browser, device and account settings described next. You may withdraw or change your consent at any time through the Cookie Settings link available on our website. You may also manage or delete cookies through your browser or device settings and adjust your advertising preferences directly through your Meta and Google account settings. Please note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of parts of our website.

Record of your choice. When you make or change a cookie choice, we keep a record of it so that we are able to demonstrate what you agreed to. That record contains the categories you selected, the date and time of your choice, the version of this Policy that was shown to you at the time, your browser's user-agent string, and an irreversibly encrypted (hashed) form of your IP address — we do not retain the IP address itself. If you are signed in, the record is linked to your account. Each choice is stored as a new entry rather than replacing the previous one, so the record reflects the history of your choices, including any withdrawal of consent.

We share your personal data with:

• Service providers who help us run the business — including our payment processor (Stripe), shipping carriers, and hosting and IT providers
• Meta and Google, for the advertising and measurement purposes described above
• Professional advisers, regulators, or law enforcement, where required by law
• A buyer or successor, in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of business assets

We do not sell your personal data.

Some of the service providers we use — including Stripe, Meta and Google — process data outside Singapore and Australia. Where we transfer personal data overseas, we take the steps required under applicable law, including the PDPA’s data transfer obligations, to ensure the data receives a standard of protection comparable to what it would receive here.

We retain your account and order information for as long as your account is active, and for as long as required afterwards for accounting, tax and legal purposes. Analytics and advertising data is retained for up to 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted. Quiz responses and support correspondence are retained for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose they were collected. Records of your cookie choices are retained for as long as we may need them to demonstrate that consent was given, and for a reasonable period afterwards in case of a query or complaint.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data — including encrypted password storage and payment processing handled entirely by Stripe, which never shares your full card details with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Subject to applicable law, you may:

• Request access to the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any email or your account settings
• Request deletion of your personal data, where applicable
• Request a copy of your data in a portable format, where applicable

To exercise these rights, contact us at enquiries@trisafe.care. We will respond within 30 days. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

If you are not satisfied with our response, Singapore residents may contact the Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC), and Australian residents may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC).

We only send marketing emails to customers who have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email, or through your account settings. Unsubscribing does not affect transactional emails related to your orders.

Our products and website are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. We will highlight material changes on this page.
